Ingredients
500 gr. flour
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of sugar
fresh white grape must
½ block of yeast
a pinch of salt
Preparation
Pour the flour on a work surface to create a flour fountain. Melt the yeast in little warm water, mix it with a little flour, place it at the centre of the well and cover it with more flour.
