The church underwent several modifications over time and today it features a XIX-century staircase and a Baroque portal, while the façade remains unfinished. The interior dates from the XX century and its main altar displays a detached fresco of the Virgin and Child (“Icon”) attributed to Pietro Alemanno (or to his school). A chapel, enriched with a precious Baroque altar by Giosafatti, preserves a XVI-century wooden polychrome crucifix from Veneto.
